He was born on July 24, 1949 in Osage, Kansas to Clifford Olen Roberts and Beatrice Lucile (Parks) Tinsley.
Jack was a janitor at Perry Township Schools in Indiana.
Jack is survived by a son, Nick Roberts of Indiana and a daughter Marie Roberts of Ohio; three grandchildren, Tristan Stricklin, Madison Edwards and TJ Edwards all of Ohio; one great grandchild, ZayLee Stricklin of Ohio; three brothers Joe Roberts, Carl Tinsley both of Indiana and James Tinsley of Ohio; four sisters, Joann Tinsley, Karla Worthington both of Indiana, Jo Howard and Judy Price both of Kansas.
He was preceded in death by mother: Beatrice Lucile (Parks) Tinsley and father: Clifford Olen Roberts
