Glenna Faye (McDaniel) Henninger, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend passed away peacefully on February 27, 2025, at the age of 74 surrounded by family and loved ones.

She is now in Heaven with her mother, Alberta Janik, her father, Alva Fulford, and her adoptive father, Thomas McDaniel. Glenna married her high school sweetheart, Larry Henninger, on June 29, 1968, and shared a lifelong love for almost 57 years who now survives her. Glenna is also survived by her loving sister, Tonda Bridges, and brother, Thomas McDaniel; her children, Aaron Henninger and Bree Hobbs (Henninger); son-in-law, Brad Hobbs, and daughter in-law, Janet Henninger; her cherished grandchildren, Morgan Hobbs-Mason, Madison Hobbs-Dillingham, Montgomery Hobbs, Alexander Henninger, Monroe Hobbs, and Shelby Henninger; and great granddaughter, Vivienne Hobbs.

Glenna was a kind and funny soul with an unconditional love for family and loved ones. She was known for her artistic and creative skills, specifically cross-stitching, sewing, and knitting. She enjoyed making cross-stitch pieces for family members and sharing them on her social media accounts. Glenna was self-taught in ASL and would sign during worship at church. She would help anyone she could through ASL and sought to teach her grandchildren sign language. Glenna also loved studying the Bible and annotating scriptures for Bibles given to her grandchildren. Glenna was generous with not only helping others, but with her time and commitment to her grandchildren’s education and extracurricular activities. Glenna had a strong faith in Jesus and shared it with anyone she met. She was excited to meet Jesus and would talk about looking forward to walking with him in Heaven.

Glenna demonstrated strength through her battle with health complications and her resilience was an inspiration to everyone around her. Glenna’s legacy of love, kindness, faith, and unwavering strength will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but loved and remembered forever.
