Gary Leffler

Gary Leffler, a beloved member of his community, was born on December 7, 1951, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He lived a remarkable life filled with passion and devotion until his passing on February 24, 2025, also in Indianapolis.

Gary was known for his vibrant spirit and deep love for racing, football, and fishing. His hobbies brought joy not only to himself but also to those who had the pleasure of sharing these interests with him. He was a racecar fan, often attending events and following his favorite teams with passion. Football season was a highlight for Gary, where he could be found cheering for his team. Fishing was another of his great loves, allowing him to spend time in nature and enjoy the serene moments by the water.

Gary's legacy lives on through his cherished family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Pam Gilbert Leffler; his daughters, Jessica Leffler (Barry Garth), Jenny Leffler Wilson, and Jamie Leffler; as well as his son, Justin Leffler. He was a proud grandfather to twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, who will carry on his spirit and fond memories of the wonderful man he was.

The viewing for Gary Leffler will be held on February 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel. A funeral service will follow at the same location, beginning at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM. A graveside service will take place at West Newton Cemetery, starting at 2:30 PM and ending at 3:00 PM.

Gary Leffler's life was a testament to love, family, and a passion for enjoying the world around him. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him, but his spirit will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
