Frank Milton Roulette Jr.

Frank M. Roulette Jr., age 81 of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on March 18th, 2020. Frank was born the eldest of five children in Hopkinsville, KY but resided in Indianapolis for the majority of his life with his loving wife to whom he was married to for over 40 years. He was also a veteran of the United States Army. Frank was a devoted husband and loving father who will be dearly missed by all for his witty personality and sense of humor. He is survived by his son Frank M. Roulette III (Rebekah), daughter Freida M. McDowell (Ronald), five grandchildren, four siblings and other family members. Private services to be held by the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and Indiana Funeral Care.
