Eva Ruth (Cradic) Ramey, 90 of Martinsville, Indiana passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020. She was born on Sunday, January 19, 1930 in Hawkins County, Tennessee to the late Rosen Blanchard and Mollie Charlotte (McLain) Cradic.
She married the love of her life, Marion Jackson Ramey on December 26,1946 and moved to Martinsville, Indiana where they made their home for the last 72 years until his passing on December 17, 2018.
Eva was a homemaker for many years before taking a position at Harmon Automotive where she eventually retired from. She had many hobbies including, quilting, gardening, flowers, singing, mushroom hunting, and coon hunting.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Marion Jackson Ramey; daughter, Evelyn Jacqueline Combs; and six of her siblings.
Survivors include her daughters, Connie Marie (Harold) Vaught of Martinsville, IN, Joyce Ann (Bruce) Rodgers of Martinsville, IN; brothers, Don Cradic of TN, Ulysses Cradic of TN; grandchildren, Alex B. Combs, Andrew B. Combs, Nate A. Vaught, Nick P. Vaught, Jozie A. Lee, JR Ramey Heiny; great grandchildren, Aubrey Combs, Jonas Combs, Madison Combs, Asher Combs, Grace Lee; great great grandchild, Taytum Rose Moss; and many nieces and nephews.
