Ethel Barker

Ethel Marie Barker, 75 was born July 12, 1945 in Ewing, Virginia to Hubert & Nellie Chadwell. Ethel went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2021.
She is preceded in death by her husband Gordon Lee Barker. Ethel and Gordon were married for 53 years. Gordon went to be with the Lord on January 22, 2017. She is also preceded in death by her parents Hubert & Nellie Chadwell, her sisters Ruth Albright, Lynne Turner and Lois Ayers. Her brother Hubert (Buddy) Chadwell, niece Sherri Collins and nephews Dwayne Albright, David Sparks and Jeff Ayers.
She is survived by her children, Tina Biggs (Shelby Neely), Paula Paschal (Alan Paschal) and Jason Barker (Michelle Barker). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren Leah Biggs, Zachary Biggs, Ryan Allman, Emily Paschal, Lee Paschal, Gavin Barker, Hayden Barker, Wyatt Barker and Brody Barker. She is also survived by 2 great grandsons Easton Lee Guerra and Lincoln Russell Allman. Ethel’s great granddaughter Knightley Adelynn Marie Kendall will make her presence in the world in August.
Ethel was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Noblesville. She enjoyed playing and watching golf with Gordon. She loved to play games with her family. Her favorite games were corn hole, euchre and rummy. She was very good at all three. Ethel dedicated her life to her family and was a joy to all who knew her.
