Elizabeth A. Buchanan

Elizabeth A. (Moore) Buchanan,75, of Columbus, Indiana passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022.  She was born on Sunday, September 29, 1946, to the late Harold E. and Ann (Luciano) Moore in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Betsy was very active with the USO and the VFW, Post 1987 in Columbus, Indiana where she made many close friends throughout the years.  She along with her husband Chuck were Caretakers for Camp Atterbury Campgrounds for many years. After his passing she continued caring for active military and veterans that came camping with their family and friends until a few years ago.

She is survived by her siblings, Mike Moore of Pendleton, Indiana, Bob Moore of Columbus, Indiana, Annette Ault of Columbus, Indiana, several nieces, and nephews, and by her buddy, Gidget the dog.
