Elisabeth W. Kirby

Elisabeth W. Kirby, 79, of Noblesville, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was a beloved mother to Ronald Short (Mary Kay Kuzma), Columbus, Ohio, Michael Short of Noblesville, Indiana, and Kathryn Short of Noblesville, Indiana. Grandmother to Megan, Eli, Jake, and Alexandra. She was a retired Franklin County Deputy Sheriff, Columbus, Ohio, where she served for over 20 years. An avid football fan, she spent every Saturday in the fall rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes and every Sunday since 2006 rooting for the Indianapolis Colts. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert C. Walter, Sr., mother, Kathryn Duval and husband, Willard Kirby.
