Edward was born to Norma Jean Hudson and William Beasley Sr. on January 18, 1973 in Indianapolis, IN. He was the youngest boy of his parent’s children. He was known to his loved ones as Buddy or ‘OG’.
Edward was highly intelligent, wise beyond his years as some would say. He began reading books as a young child and continued to read and educate himself throughout his life. Edward attended Broad Ripple High School. He was a lover of music of all genres. He was considered a jack-of-all-trades and could do a little bit of everything once he put his mind to it. He spent time working for a friend’s company completing home renovations.
Edward lived life as he wanted, whether its traveling to different states or going to concerts. He was a people person who hung out amongst diverse crowds. There was nothing but great times as long as he was around. He liked to spend his time joking around just to make people laugh, but he would also have conversations that would leave you in deep thought. He had a big smile but an even bigger heart with a contagious laugh that fit his personality. Buddy was very loyal to those he cared about and was always ready to lend a helping hand to seek solutions.
Edward departed this life on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at the age of 49. He was preceded in death by both his parents, and his brother Christopher Beasley. He leaves to cherish in his memories; his two daughters Gabrielle and Jiselle, a grandson, his siblings William Bill Beasley Jr. (Lezlie), Bette, Brett, Lisa, Dominique, Jennifer (Todd), and Leah Beasley, his uncles Edward Hudson and Jerome Moore, his Aunt Bette, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
