Donald Pete Pusczek, 88, of Indianapolis, IN, graduated to heaven on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at his home peacefully.
Pete was born in St. Louis, MO, on August 30, 1931, to Frank and Irene (Barnard) Pusczek in St. Louis, MO. He served in the Army in the Korean War from 1952-1954.
Pete married Jean (Davis) on June 3, 1967, in St. Louis, MO and have been married for 52 years. He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church since 1981 and served as an usher and other various roles for many years. He loved bowling, fishing and following his favorite baseball teams the St. Louis Cardinals and Baltimore Orioles.
Pete worked and retired from Elliott Williams Refrigeration in 1998 after many years of service.
Pete is survived by his wife, Jean; his daughters, Karen (Leo) Keuhner of St. Louis; Barb (Charles) Whittington of St. Louis; Kelli (Kyle) Butler of Fishers; his son, Donald Pusczek of St. Louis; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Family and friends are invited to his celebration of life on Saturday, February 8, 2020. The viewing will begin at 11 a.m. and the funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 10701 E. 56th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46235
