Dollie enjoyed an incredibly full life. She was involved in the many activities of her children and always found a way to have fun. She spent 13 years of her marriage traveling with her husband as an Army wife and could break down and set up a new house with the best of them. When they retired to Indianapolis, they found a wonderful home and have lived there for 52 years. She found her true passion for training dogs 48 years ago. She taught others how to train dogs for 40 years. One of her greatest loves was volunteering for 4-H, teaching children dog obedience in Marion and Hamilton counties. She also judged at the Marion County Fair and Indiana State Fair for many years. Her scope of influence in the dog world is endless.
Dollie’s greatest joy were the babies and young children in her family. She smiled some of her last smiles while holding her newest great grandbaby, Cameron.
She will be greatly missed by every member of her family.
