David Martin Weir

David Martin Weir, 84 residing in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday November 29, 2022 from a quiet short battle with cancer.

 He was surrounded by his loving wife Theresa, daughter Carmen, son Becket and ALL his grand children and great grand children.

David was born on November 18, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Adolph and Ethel. David would eventually leave Ohio and join the Air Force.

 Beginning his service in 1962 at Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, South Dakota. it was there he met the love of his life Theresa. David and Theresa were married June 2, 1964 after serving in different locations his final duty was at Beale AFB in California. He retired from active duty in 1981 and moved to Indiana. After retiring from the military David attended Ball State University where he received a Masters in Public Administration and another Masters in Government. David later went on to teach Political Science at Ball State as well as Ivy Tech Community College. David loved and supported his church thru charity and service. He was very active with The St Thomas Aquinas Gospel Choir. He was a loving husband and father. David is survived by his wife Theresa.,his son Becket, his daughter Carmen and all his grandchildren Tashina, Jarrid, Latisha, Antonio, Quincey, Caleb and his great grandchildren.
