We mourn the passing of David Long, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Visitation and funeral services will be Thursday May 14. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be by invitation only and visitation will be scheduled as follows.
Visitors must wear a mask. A limited number of masks will be available on-site. However, visitors are encouraged to provide their own masks.

Visitation A: Friends of the Pullen Family 5:30 to 6:00 PM
Visitation B: Friends of David and Carolyn Long 6:00 - 6:30 PM
Visitation C: Friends of Rob and Jim Long 6:30 - 7:00 PM
Funeral Service: 7:00 PM
David, the son of the late George and Freida Long was born August 3, 1938 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He quietly departed this life Friday, May 8, 2020 at Altenheim Senior Living in Indianapolis. He was 81.
A life-long resident of Indianapolis, David attended Tech High School. He was a machine operator who worked at ITT Hoffman Specialties for many years. David was united in marriage to Carolyn James in April 1965 and celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary this past April. He loved racing, westerns, and war movies and visiting his favorite local pub where he enjoyed euchre tournaments and dart leagues on a regular basis. David will be remembered for being a kind and loyal friend to so many. His influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him.
David was preceded in death by brother William and sisters Susan and Linda and survived by sister Sharon. He is survived by children Jeff, Robert (wife Renee), James (wife Carmen), and Kristie (husband Duane.) David was the loving grandfather of Jennifer, Jayme, Reagan, Paige, and Lincoln and the step-grandfather of Madison, Colton, and Caitlyn. He was the great grandfather of Rowyn, Annalyee, and Lia and the step-great grandfather of Richard and Blair.
