Danette Bryant

Danette Rae Bryant, 65, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Thursday July 6, 2023 in her home. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 26, 1957.

Danette was a graduate of Warren Central High School class of 1975.

Danette is survived by her father, Robert A Murphy; sisters, Pam Kirkpatrick and Darlene Crawford; brothers, Bob (Kim) Murphy and Lenny (Carla) Messal; step-sisters, Rhonda Jeske, Susie (Don) Nixon, and LeAnn ( Dave) Echterling; step-brother, Mike (Amy) Murphy; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Danette was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Murphy; her sister, Donna DeMoss; and her step-brother, Larry Murphy.

Danette worked at CTP Corps, as a welder, until health issues forced her to retire.

Danette was affectionately known as Donut by many. She was a defender of the less fortunate and loved her family dearly. Danette was a strong independent woman with that came an I can do it attitude. Danette had a passion for doing all sorts of crafts, and at one time was craft department manager at Franks in Castleton. She loved learning to make her own bread and bagels. Danette was a loyal friend always there to help out others. Her favorite day was getting to go to Lambeau Field to watch her beloved Packers play. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

A private visitation and memorial service will be held at a later date.
