Dale Clark

Dale D. Clark, 69, passed away on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024. He was born September 14th, 1954 to the late Joseph D. and Clara Mae (Jackson) Clark in Lebanon, Indiana.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Muncy Clark; his sons, Jackson Clark (and Becca) of Avon and Daniel Clark (and Rachael) of Rockville; and two granddaughters, Bailey and Eden of Avon; his brother, Larry (Nicole) Clark of Lebanon; and many nieces and nephews.

Dale is a US Army Veteran, serving from 1972 to 1979. After a long career at Hurco Mfg, Dale became a partner at Epic Computer Service in Franklin, IN. He retired from Epic Computer Service in 2018.

Dale enjoyed years of 4-wheeling in his Jeep CJ7 with his sons and friends in the Fat Boys and Indiana 4-wheel Drive Association. He was a regular volunteer at the Annual IFWDA Camp Riley 4X Kids' Day.

For four decades, he spent Labor Day Fridays in the stands, watching qualifications at the Indianapolis NHRA U.S. Nationals.

Dale also enjoyed cooking for his family and friends, especially smoking and grilling. Some family favorites include Christmas night lasagna and homemade shrimp cocktail sauce.
