Cynthia A. Pogue

In loving memory of Cynthia A. Pogue

January 8, 1964 - December 12, 2022

Cynthia A. Pogue, age 58, of New York, New York (by way of Fairmount, Indiana) died Monday, December 12, 2022 at her home in Avon, Indiana. Ms. Pogue was retired from Barnard College and relocated back to Indiana after living in New York City for over 30 years.  

She attended New York University and graduated with honors from Columbia University (while working full-time and raising her children). She was a voracious reader, never missed an episode of Jeopardy and loved The Beatles (John Lennon, in particular). 

She was the eldest daughter of the late Paul Pogue and late Patricia Pogue.  

She was preceded in death by her partner and father of her children, Kenny Mohammed. 

She is survived by
