Cindy Lou (Weaver) Ooley

Cindy Lou (Weaver) Ooley, 74, Fishers, passed away Monday June 24, 2024. She was born September 25, 1949, in Trier, Germany, the daughter of the late Colonel Victor E. and Ileen L. (Kaufman) Weaver.

Cindy was a 1967 graduate of Kokomo High School. She attended Indiana University. She worked for Ayr-Way department stores and later Target Corporation in their corporate offices. After her retirement in 2017 she concentrated her time on gardening and continuing her passions for reading mystery novels and crossword puzzles. 

She is survived by her husband, Steve Ooley and her stepdaughter Michelle (Aaron) Arnold. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor E. and Ileen L. (Kaufman) Weaver and her brother Edwin Weaver. 

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Indiana Funeral Care 8151 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis, IN. Funeral services to be held at 2:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Carmel Cemetery, Carmel, IN. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Cindy’s memory to the Humane Society for Hamilton County or the IMPD Mounted Horse Patrol.
