Charles Thomas Allen

September 28, 1942 — March 22, 2021

Charles Thomas Allen was a devoted and loving person. He cared about everyone he ever came in contact with and made that person feel special.
He was a disabled Navy veteran who served as a torpedo mate on the USS Chopper submarine beginning on June 15, 1962.
He was discharged from the Navy in 1969 and became a police officer in the Florida Keys until 1982 when he relocated with his wife Jean to Pearl Mississippi. He continued his police service for a couple of years in Pearl before changing careers to working at the USPS. He then relocated for the final time with his wife to Carmel Indiana. He continued working for the USPS until his retirement in 2010.
His nickname was Foxy and everyone he met loved him and always said, "He is the nicest man I ever met". There will never be another Foxy and he will always be remembered for his caring acts of kindness to everyone he ever met.
RIP Foxy as we will love and miss you forever.
He is survived by son, Ken Brooks and wife Donna; sister, Joan Moloney and her children Judy Pirone & Jean Lukas; nephew, David Ferrel; niece, Sally Moss and her children Melisa Moss & Kenny Moss; niece, Sandy Martin and her children Jason Seymour & DJ Martin and DJ’s children are Abraham, Ella & Brock.
