Charles Richard "Dick" Spencer

Charles Richard “Dick” Spencer, 82 died December 8, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. Charlie graduated from Tech High School and spent his career as an electrician with IBEW 481 and with Cincinnati Milacron from which he retired.
He was past Grand Knight and Fatima Knights of Columbus and past Board Member for the White River Yacht Club in Indianapolis.
Charlie loved spending time with his family, enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, Kings Island roller coasters, all sports, especially racing and the Colts.
He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Lee Spencer; his parents, Leonard Wilson Spencer and Anna Joyce Spencer; and stepmother, Margurite Spencer. He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 63 years, Shanette Irene Spencer; his children, Shellie Spencer Law (Ron), Steve Spencer (Debbie) and Lorie Spencer Gouker (Randy); granddaughter, Megan Spencer; and 7 grand dogs.
A private service with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
