Carol Sue (Moss) O’Neil passed away on December 14, 2020 at the age of 57 after a strong fight with brain cancer.
Carol was born on May 20, 1963 to Frances (Corsaro) and Robert Moss. She grew up in Indianapolis and attended Our Lady of Lourdes, Scecina, and New Palestine. After high school, Carol went on to become a Certified Surgical Assistant and graduated at the top of her class. She then spent a wonderful 29 years at Avon Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery doing exactly what she did best, caring for others. Carol was known as an extremely hard worker with a heart of gold by her coworkers, doctors, and patients.
Carol is survived by her parents, Frances and Robert Moss; her husband, Patrick O’Neil; her two children, Michael Linn and Jennifer (Brandon) Linn; her three siblings, Cathy (Greg) Arnold, Cheryl (Tom) Tooley, and Bobby (Lacey) Moss; her step-daughter, Katie (Brandon) Jewel; many nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as countless friends.
Carol adored spending time with her neighbors who she considered family, supporting her children through all of their endeavors, and watching her beloved HGTV.
The family would like to thank everyone at Avon Oral Surgery for giving Carol a second home away from home and always treating her like family.
The family would also like to thank Nurse Tami at Heartland Hospice Care for her excellent end of life care.
