Bruce Samuel Poindexter
June 29, 1950 — November 18, 2020
Bruce Samuel Poindexter, 70, was taken home to be with the lord on November
18, 2020. Bruce was born June 29, 1950 in Massillon, Ohio.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Poindexter; three brothers, Roger, Harley
and Al; three daughters Milissa (Jeffrey), Christina, Maria (Mike); son, David; two
stepchildren Chance (Shannon) and Melanie (John); seven grandchildren, Randy,
Tyler, Seth, Codee, Casee, David Lee and Sage; four great grandchildren, Liam,
Benji, Skye and Elias.
He was preceded in death by his father, Miley; stepmom, Ada; mother, Knoxie;
stepdad, John; first wife, Kathy Poindexter.
Bruce was a fan of the Colts and he loved baseball, riding his Harley Davidson
motorcycle and last but, not least he loved his dog Scooby Doo
One final note Bruce always said if you have a job you love, you'll never work a
day in your life. He was employed with English Excavating for 47 years as their
foreman.
He will sadly be missed by all!
