Bruce Allen Lisby, 73, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022, at his home.

He was born on Friday, July 8, 1949, to the late Richard W. and Geraldine M. (Jones) Lisby in Franklin, Indiana.

He is preceded in death by his wife Teresa Lisby; parents, Richard, and Geraldine Lisby; and brother William Lisby.

Bruce leaves behind his daughter, Beth Lanter; son Curtis Caldwell; brothers Steven Lisby, Ralph (Dottie) Lisby, Dale (Anna) Lisby, Danny Lisby; sisters, Gail Wood, Sinda Hoover; two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Bruce was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served his country dutifully. He went on to work for Gem City Tire where he later retired from. He enjoyed spending weekends with his brother Danny in their flea market booth.

He will be missed by his family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, November 25, 2022, 10:30 am until 1:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.

Open sharing will begin at 1:00 pm.

Burial will be at Lewis Creek Baptist Cemetery, Shelbyville, Indiana.
