Brian Lee O'Sullivan, aged 58, passed away on August 10th, 2024, in his hometown of Franklin, Indiana. Born on May 29th, 1966, in Franklin, Brian lived a life marked by his devotion to his family and diverse interests. Brian graduated from Franklin Community High School and furthered his education at Ball State. He spent many years as a skilled machinist at McGinn Tool and Engineering, where he was respected for his precision and dedication.
Outside of work, Brian was a passionate hobbyist. He found joy in building model cars and airplanes, solving puzzles, and engaging in outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, and camping. His love for boating was well known among his friends and family.
A loving father and grandfather, Brian is survived by his siblings Greg O'Sullivan, Penny O'Sullivan (Jasper), and Tina O'Sullivan (Beale); his daughter, Zoie O'Sullivan; his son, Keegan O'Sullivan; and his grandsons, Kade McDonald; Noah McDonald; and Lucas O'Sullivan.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Judy O'Sullivan. Indiana Funeral Care in Greenwood, Indiana, is assisting the family during this time.
A Celebration of Life will be announced, honoring a man who was deeply cherished by those who knew him. Brian's legacy of kindness, craftsmanship, and a love for the natural world will be remembered by all.
