Bradley D. Lovett was born September 5, 1975 to Patrick Lovett and Catherine Duchin Lovett in Robinson IL. He most recently resided in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bradley was a 1994 graduate of Carmel High School as well as a 1998 graduate of Ball State University where he earned 2 bachelors degrees, International Business and Japanese. Bradley lived in Osaka, Japan his senior year and was fluent in Japanese. His first job out of college was teaching Japanese in Gary, Indiana. He loved his Japanese family as much as he loved his own. He had an infinite love of animals, especially dogs. He was a world traveler and enjoyed international vacations often. He married David (Sells) Lovett on November 15, 2013 in Palm Springs, California. After working with his brother, Paul at the family pallet business, he and his father purchased and operated Marco’s Restaurant and Lounge in 2011. He loved getting to know the community through food and service. He served on multiple committees throughout Indianapolis to enhance the quality of life for gay youth. Bradley was a wonderful fur dad, husband, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend whose wit, charisma, and charm drew people to him like few others. Always ready with a sharp joke or a great story, Bradley captivated his audience at all times. His spirit, passion, charm, and love will be greatly missed. He passed peacefully in his home on April 29, 2022. He is preceded in death by his mother Catherine Duchin. He is survived by his husband David Lovett, his parents Pat & Robin Lovett, his brother Paul & Angele Lovett, his sister Nikki & Rick Davis, his brother Daniel & Kim Novakoski, and brother Sean Kershaw. Visitation will be at Indiana Funeral Care on May 21st 2-3:30 pm with a service from 3:30-4pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to the ACLU and the Indiana Youth Group.
