Bonnie K. Redding, 76, passed from this life into eternal life peacefully in her sleep at her home in Greenwood, Indiana on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
Bonnie was born on March 30, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Dumas Velton Cross and Evelyn (Birdwell) Cross. Bonnie grew up in Southport, Indiana before moving to Greenwood her Sophomore year of high school, where she met her lifelong love, Jack Alan Redding. Bonnie had a passion for spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, traveling, rocking in her favorite chair on her porch, and playing cards with friends and family. She was a retired Claims Deputy with the Indiana Workforce Development.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack, her oldest son, Jack Alan Redding, Jr., both parents, and her brother, Ronald R. Cross.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Heather Hollcraft (Chris); son, Brian Redding (Julie); grandchildren, Emily, Nicholas, Sarah, Thomas and Emma; great grandchild, Maisie; sisters, Connie West and Donna Potter (Jeff) and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass in Bonnie's honor will be held at St. Roch Catholic Church, 3600 S. Pennsylvania St., Indianapolis, IN 46227 on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
