He was born on August 15, 1936 in Broadhead, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Mary (Brummet) Frith.

Graveside service is Friday, August 23, 2024 at 12:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, Indiana.
