Beverly Jane Schoening

Beverly Jane Schoening, 80, passed away on September 30, 2024, in Brownsburg, Indiana. Born on August 15, 1944, 

Beverly graduated from Manual High School and spent her life dedicated to her family and various personal interests.

Beverly is survived by a loving family, including her husband, Larry Schoening; her brother, Jack McBride; sons, Rick and Lee Geddes; daughters-in-laws, Deb and Jennifer Geddes; grandchildren, Allison Kothe, Alec Geddes, Christopher Gerholdt, Jaymi Gerholdt, Joshua Palmer and Orion Geddes; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen (Selzer) and Jack McBride.

Beverly had a zest for life, evident in her love for Brown County and the quaint stores of Nashville, Indiana. She was a passionate crafter who found joy in Goodwill and QVC shopping, always on the lookout for the next great find. Above all, her grandchildren brought her immense joy and were the center of her world.

A gathering to honor Beverly's life will be held at Indiana Funeral Care (Harry W. Moore Chapel), 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. The family welcomes friends and loved ones to join in remembering Beverly's vibrant spirit and heartfelt kindness.
