Betty Sue McKusky

Betty Sue Hill McKusky, 89, Noblesville, passed away on November 20, 2023.

 

She was born December 20, 1933 in New Castle, IN to Lutie and William Hill.  Betty graduated from New Castle High School in 1951.  She married Charles R. McKusky in December 1953.

 

Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.  Over the years, she enjoyed entertaining family and friends, tending her beautiful home and rose garden, and cheering on the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.  She lived life to the fullest and relished living in the moment.

 

Surviving to cherish her memory are daughters, Tonja Cawthon and Tamara McGuire; sisters, Phyllis Jensen and Marilyn Downey; grandchildren, Sean Cawthon, Derek McGuire, Elizabeth Cawthon, Leslie McKusky, and Rachel McKusky; great grandchild, Stephen Cawthon and great-great grandchild, Cecelia Cawthon.  She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles McKusky; and her son, Terrell McKusky.

 

Family and friends will gather on Monday, December 4th from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, IN with a memorial service at 12:30 PM.
