Betty Craig

Betty Ann Craig (Marksberry) passed away peacefully at home November 15th, 2022. She is survived by her sister, Gizla Plummins; her daughters, Angela Wilbon (Dennis) and Amanda Rivera .

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dzidra Marksberry and Earl Marksberry; and her brother, Avirs Marksberry.

Born on January 13th, 1949, she grew up in Eagledale in Indianapolis, Indiana, and moved to Daytona Beach, Florida, where she lived for 35 years. She moved back to Indianapolis in 2017, for her 50th school reunion. Betty graduated from Northwest High School in 1967.

Betty worked at Red Lobster for 10 years in Indianapolis. While living in Florida, she worked at The Daystar Motel as a housekeeper, and was later promoted to manager.

Betty has 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She loved her grandchildren so, so much. Betty was well liked by everyone she knew.

She will be missed.
