Barbara Ann Rhodes

March 16, 1946 — May 11, 2020

Barbara Ann was born in Memphis, TN to the late Daniel and Missouri Hampton-Wallace. Barbara Ann west to school in TN. Graduating from Booker T. Washington High School. She was a travelling woman and a homemaker. Barbara Ann gave love abundance and would help and feed anyone. She was a person with a big heart full of joy. She was the life of the party. She loved to cook, listen to music, dance, read, and spend time with her family. Barbara Ann married at a young age, moving to Gary, Indiana. When it didn't work out she packed up and traveled. During her travels, she fell in love several times and had five children; which she loved so much.
Later in life, she met an old friend and married him, Randolph Rhodes Sr. After he passed away, she decided to move back to TN to be near her siblings. When she started showing signs of illness, her children moved her back to Indiana, so they could care for her. Hoping they could love her back to health. They could not, so the family just loved on her for as long as the could. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God provided her with unlimited peace and happiness.
