Andrew Tyson Johnson

Andrew Tyson Johnson of Indianapolis, Indiana transitioned this life to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday October 31st, 2022 at Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis Indiana.

Andrew was born August 23rd, 1952, to the late Willa Mae Johnson. He was raised in Indianapolis Indiana and attended Harry E Wood High School in Indianapolis Indiana. Andrew accepted Christ at an early age. Andrew attended Zion Hope Church where he enjoyed inviting family and friends for service, fellowship and worship.

Andrew joined the United States Army on July 1975 and served in the Vietnam War.

He is survived in death by his sister Faye E. Warfield (Thomas).

He will be deeply missed, forever loved and cherished by his son Shaun T Conner of Rock Island, IL, and daughter India Johnson (Leeroy) of Indianapolis IN; niece Nikki Leggs Warfield(Ann Marie); six grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
