Andra Lee Hazlett Brack, 67, of Carmel, was taken home by the Lord on January 10, 2022.
Andra was born on July 3, 1954 in Fort Wayne, IN to Robert Dewitt Hazlett and Delores Miriam Lee Hazlett. Andra is survived by children Robert Eugene (Christine) of Fishers, IN, Leah Annette (Robert) Bley of Marietta, GA, Miriam Elizabeth (Ryan) Webber of Bemidji, MN, and Jonathon William (Paulynn) of Carmel; grandchildren Joseph Eugene and Samuel Robert Brack of Fishers, Carter Andrew Bley of Marietta, and Evelynn Annette and Ezekiel Thomas Brack of Carmel, mother Delores Miriam Hazlett of Muncie, sister Erin (Jeffrey) Archer of Fort Wayne and brother Gary (Peggy) Hazlett of Muncie, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Andra was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Donald Eugene Brack, and her father.
Andra graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Chemistry. She held a strong faith in Jesus Christ that she passionately shared with others. Her encyclopedic knowledge of the Bible enabled her to frequently lead bible studies and teach across the country and internationally. For many years she ministered to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She attended Living Branch Church. Andra also loved music; she would sing with her church choir and always enjoyed attending concerts and recitals. She couldn’t pass up a good game of Euchre, and she loved to cook for others — her famous cookies will be missed. Andra will be remembered as a devoted Christian, loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
