Allen Jeffrey Phipps

Allen Jeffrey Phipps passed away at his residence Thursday, March 26, 2020. He was born May 28,1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana to John and Helen Phipps. He was a graduate of Ben Davis High School. Upon graduation he served for four years in the United States Airforce and was an employee at the CBRE group.
Jeff was an avid race fan, going to the Indianapolis 500 every year for decades. On weekends he loved visiting his lake house to relax, play horseshoes and be with friends. He enjoyed watching the Colts play on Sundays as well as collecting the team memorabilia.
He is survived by his wife Dana Phipps; sons; Michael Hadley and Dustin Phipps; stepdaughter, Crystal Collier; step-so, David Hall; and four grandchildren.
A celebration of life gathering will be scheduled at a later date.
