Alan Joseph Kapelinski, 62 years old, from Greenwood, IN, went home to be with the Lord on Friday March 6th, 2020.
He left behind his loving family: his wife Cheryl of 29 years, his son Gideon, his three daughters Bethany Moriah, Kassie, his sister Audrey, and his brother Kenneth Kapelinski.
He was a loving, funny, and caring father, husband, and friend to all who knew him. He enjoyed classic movies, trains, and watching the Chicago Cubs. He was born in Harvey, IL to Alexander and Dorothy Kapelinski on May 11th 1957. He graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science degree on May 22, 2015 summa cum laude.
The celebration of life service will be held at Spirit of Life Church on Friday March 13th at 6:00 pm.
