Ms. Addie Evaline White was born in Indianapolis, IN. She attended the IPS school system and completed her education at Arsenal Tech-Day Adult.
She worked in childcare with Head Start for most of her working career before working at a family daycare.
Addies was famous for her words. You can ask anyone who knew her, and they can recall one of her sayings. Her most famous being that her name is “ADD, not subtract!” She enjoyed barbecues, taking care packages to loved ones, concerts, and shopping. She loved clothes and always knew how to stand out in the room. A true life of the party.
Addie departed life on December 5th, 2020 at the age of 64.
She was preceded in death by her parents Nelson and Marie White, and her sisters Helen, Clara, and Gladys.
Her memories will be cherished in this life by her significant other Gene; her children Bradford Bouye, Triphnia Bouye, and Frank Dangerfield; grandchildren Onya Hart, Chianne Hart, and Thaddeus Obirieze; siblings Paul White, Lugenia (Bernard) Parham, Betty Brown, Jimmy (Nevata) White, Dino Hawkins, Linda Weeks, Erston White, and Steven White; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
